Recently I was interviewed by the lovely Jess Van Den for a Creative Biz Success story on Scoutie Girl.
I enjoyed answering the questions and it was good to think back along the path I’ve taken to get to where I am today – and wondering where I might be in a few years time too!

A while back I answered some questions for an article by the lovely Angela of The Jewelry Report, a blog for jewellery makers. I really enjoyed answering the questions as many were specific to the process of making jewellery and written by someone who knows a thing or two about it.
The resulting article has an introduction to make me blush:

I stumbled across this simple, lattice butterfly wing in silver in Simone's shop. The wing is one of my favorite pendants. It's such a delicate, organic, distinctive piece of silver hanging lightly from a simple black, silk cord. It's art to be worn.
I purchased the Victorian cut out earrings as a gift for my mother. They were everything I hoped and more - exquisitely beautiful, elegant and delicate-looking, identical to the image on the website. My mother is in love with them.
I have a couple of necklaces and earrings from Simone. She changed the colour of the silk on one for me and it was perfect.
