I am still alive!

Yes, it’s true! I have been continuing my journey into what so far seems to be a year of generally being bogged down. However, I have managed to get on top of a few things today and seem to finally be catching up a bit. Fingers crossed that I can stay caught up for eternity! … Or something.

Before I get around to writing a proper blog post, I’ll leave you with a link to an interview I did for a great blog called Indie Pretty Perfect, which is created by Helen, the creator of the wonderful handmade stationery at pepperinapress.etsy.com.

Loved the interview. Your work is truly awesome. But please, consider this…if your health goes downhill due to lack of care for yourself, then what is it all for? I hope your health gets better and better, and that you take more time for yourself, and I do mean better spent t i m e for yourself. Relax. Forget the deadlines and the pressure. Stress can kill. Otherwise, if you don’t, you won’t be able to create your masterpieces, and then the world would miss you and your work both. We certainly don’t want that. I will be thinking of you, Simone, and hoping that you will bite the bullet and chill a bit over deadlines and pressures.
